- Under the leadership of Mr. Hiten Shah as the proprietor, Media House has been efficiently managed by Mrs. Hemali Hiten Shah, who holds a B.E. degree in Electronics and Telecommunications. The company has a dedicated team of employees consisting of five service engineers (technicians), a customer coordinator, an accountant, and a peon.
- The customer base of Media House is diverse and includes end-users, small-scale industries, educational institutions, and professional setups. The company caters to customers not only in Surat but also in various areas across South Gujarat. With its capacity to handle more than 1000 machines both on-site and remotely, Media House ensures prompt and efficient service delivery.
- In terms of affiliations, Media House is had a partnership with HCL Infosys India for Dell computer support As well as view sonic services for over 6 years .In pandemic of corona during 2019 to2021 Media house was sole service provider as authorised Dell product service provider in Surat city. This collaboration has further enhance its service capabilities and strengthen its position as a reliable IT service provider.
